After helping a small, relatively unknown Long Beach ad agency make the cut to one of four finalists vying for the Port of Long Beach’s $1 million marketing/advertising account, the shop was asked to prepare a 45-minute final presentation addressing the Port’s “Trade,” “Market,” and “Community” issues.
This is a copy of the final presentation prepared on behalf of the agency.
It provides key insights about the Port of Long Beach brand, trade, category and community issues.
These insights were developed through primary and secondary research, including two man-on-the-street videos to assess: 1) Long Beach citizens’ awareness and perceptions of the Port, and 2) Reactions to initial creative directions.
